Ching Ling Liau

Jeanette Liau Ching Ling is Group Vice President of Human Resources for United Test & Assembly Center Ltd.
Prior to joining the United Test & Assembly Center in January, 2005, she was Vice President of Human Resources for StarHub Ltd.
from 1998 to 2004 and Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Ltd.
from 1994 to 1998.
Previously, she was Vice President of Human Resources for AT&T, Inc. She has more than 25 years of experience in human resources.
Ms. Ching Ling received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from New South Wales University, Sydney and a Master's degree in Education and Human Development from George Washington University, Washington.
