Christian Merle

Christian Merle is the founder of Merle & Partners Sàrl, established in 2014, where he holds the title of Managing Partner.
He is currently the Chairman at REYL & Cie SA. Mr. Merle's former positions include Chief Executive Officer at Banca Intesa France SA from 1998 to 2003, Executive Vice President at Crédit Agricole Indosuez, and Principal at Crédit Agricole SA. He was also the Chief Executive Officer at Banque Espirito Santo et de la Vénétie SA from 2007 to 2013.
Mr. Merle was a Managing Partner at Gimar Et CIE in 2003 and a Principal at Directorate General of The Treasury.
Mr. Merle's education includes a graduate degree from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in 1975 and an undergraduate degree from Sciences Po in 1974.
