Chuck Boryenace

Mr. Chuck Boryenace is Vice President-Operations & Finance at Blackstreet Capital Management LLC.
Previously, Mr. Boryenace was Vice President-Corporate Controller of FTI Consulting, Inc .
He also served as a Managing Director with FTI Consulting, Inc. where he specialized in turnaround and crisis management.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Inc., he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of American Waste Services, Inc. for approximately nine years .
Prior to joining American Waste Services, Inc., he was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Sharon Steel Corporation.
Prior to joining Sharon Steel Corporation, he was employed by Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. Mr. Boryenace holds a B. A. of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Kent State University, where he graduated with honors.
He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
