He was also a Director of Canadian Energy Services LP from 2005 to 2010, an Independent Director of CES Energy Solutions Corp.
from 2005 to 2018, and the President of Birchill Resources Ltd. from 2000 to 2004.
Additionally, he was the President of Boyer Petroleum Engineering Ltd. from 1985 to 2000 and the President & COO of Birchill Exploration LP.
Boyer received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming in 1974.
