DeNicola is the founder of InfoLogix, Inc. (founded in 2001), Futura Services, Inc. (founded in 1992), Amtech Software LLC (founded in 1981), Logistar Solutions LLC (founded in 2011), and Pursuit Healthcare Advisors LLC (founded in 2014).
He held the title of Chief Executive Officer at InfoLogix, Inc., Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Futura Services, Inc., and Chief Executive Officer at Amtech Software LLC.
He was also the Chairman of Logistar Solutions LLC and Pursuit Healthcare Advisors LLC.
Mr. DeNicola is also the founder of Cosmo Denicola Consulting, LLC.
Currently, he is an Independent Director at Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment, Inc. (since 2019).
