Daniel Hanna

Daniel I.
Hanna is a Managing Director in the Global Tax Planning Group, focused on BAAM and Strategic Partners, and is based in New York.
Prior to joining Blackstone in 2021, Mr. Hanna was an Executive Director at J.P.
Morgan, where he acted as senior tax counsel to J.P.
Morgan’s U.S.
asset and wealth management business.
Mr. Hanna was previously an associate in the tax group at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, where he represented clients on a broad range of domestic and cross-border tax matters.
Mr. Hanna received a J.D.
and LL.M.
in Taxation from New York University School of Law, where he was a Robert McKay Scholar.
