Mr. David M.
Citron, CFA, is a Co-Founder & Senior Relationship Advisor at WMS Partners LLC.
He is on the Board of Directors at The Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship.
He helps guide the direction of investment allocation and the selection of private investments for the WMS Partners’ clients.
He has direct involvement with the clients, overseeing the management of their portfolios.
He is also a member of the WMS Partners' Board of Directors and Investment Committee.
Mr. Citron is a founding member of the Counsel of Independent Financial Advisors (CIFA).
He is chair of one of the Investment Committees for The Associated Jewish Charities and volunteers his time and expertise on various other charitable investment committees in the Baltimore Community.
Prior to joining WMS Partners, Mr. Citron was Managing Director at CARRET and Company.
He also served as Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Wagner Citron Management Corp.
His professional background began in New York, where he was a Trader of futures and options for both Salomon Brothers and Drexel Burnham Lambert Trading Corporation.
He has served on the Advisory Board of Charles Schwab Institutional.
He is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.
