Mr. David A. Barr, CFA MBA, is a Chief Executive Officer & Portfolio Manager at PenderFund Capital Management Ltd., a President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at Pender Growth Fund, Inc. and a Chief Executive Officer & Portfolio Manager at Pender Private Equity Fund Management, Inc.
