David Bennion

Mr. Bennion joined Greenfield Partners, LLC in September 2008.
Prior to that, he was Vice President and Director of Land Acquisition and Entitlements for two operating divisions of Woodside Group, Inc., a national residential developer and home builder.
His responsibilities included due diligence, acquisition, and asset management through full entitlement and development of finished lots.
Before joining Woodside, he worked at Willis and Company in Santa Clara, CA where he supported management oversight of a one million square foot commercial real estate portfolio in Silicon Valley.
David began his career at Monitor Group, a leading strategic management consulting firm in Cambridge, MA. Mr. Bennion received his MBA from Marriott School of Management and his BA from Stanford University.
