David Franklin DeCort

Mr. DeCort, a Certified Public Accountant, has over 20 years oil industry experience in finance and accounting within the United States, Canada, Indonesia, Colombia, Turkey, Australia, Argentina, Papua New Guinea and Nigeria.
He was formerly the Chief Financial Officer for Seven Seas Petroleum and the Treasurer and Controller for the Huffco Group, an independent oil and gas company.
Mr. DeCort also held various managerial accounting and auditing positions with large U.S.
based oil companies with operations both domestically and internationally.
