David L. Pascall

David Pascall is an Operational Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Terra Firma GmbH, the Frankfurt office.
He was responsible for the group's acquisition of the ten regional railway housing companies through Deutsche Annington in 2001 and the subsequent integration of Viterra with DAIG in 2005.
David Pascall is currently involved in European deal origination and is on the Board of Infinis, the waste-to-energy company that was spun off from WRG.
Prior to joining the group in 2000, DMr Pascall was with BP where, interspersed with an international business career, he made several contributions to the public sector.
He was seconded to the No.
10 Policy Unit in 1982 where he advised the Prime Minister, Lady Thatcher.
He was later Chairman of the National Curriculum Council and on returning to BP was put in charge of BP's Change Management Programme.
David's subsequent positions included Finance Director with Rocco Forte and International Finance Director of MAI.
David Pascall holds a BSc (First Class) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham and an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD.
