David M.
Marchick is currently the Chairman of The Robert A. Toigo Foundation, Director of Traxys SARL, Director of Philadelphia Energy Solutions LLC, Member of Council on Foreign Relations, Inc., and Trustee of UC San Diego Foundation.
He is also the Chief Operating Officer of U.S.
International Development Finance Corp.
since 2021.
Previously, he was the Director & Managing Director of Sequa Corp.
in 2013, Managing Director-Global External Affairs of Carlyle Group Management LLC, and Managing Director & Head-Global External Affairs of The Carlyle Group, Inc. He was also a Partner at Covington & Burling LLP.
He holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from The University of Texas at Austin and the University of California San Diego, respectively, and a graduate degree from George Washington University Law School.
He is a member of The District of Columbia Bar, The State Bar of California, and Washington State Bar Association.
