David Pliner

Mr. David Pliner is Operating Partner at Seguin Partners LLC.
He was the President and co-founder of Specialty Pharma, Inc. (SPI) from 2002 until its sale in 2006.
He was also co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Community Rehab Centers (CRC) from its founding in 1994 to its sale in 2001.
Mr. Pliner was responsible for managing CRC’s growth from start-up to national scale in which it had 75 clinics and 150 contract sites in 40 states.
Other past professional roles include home healthcare consultant for Universal Management Systems, President of David Pliner and Associates, a healthcare consulting firm, and Vice President of Operations of AMI Home Health a division of ITS, Inc., a subsidiary of American Medical International, Inc. Mr. Pliner earned a BS in Social Work from Ohio State University.
