Dennis Haines

Dennis Haines is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the State Bar of California, and the Pennsylvania State Bar Association.
He previously worked as the Secretary, Vice President & General Counsel at Environmental Power Corp.
from 2006 to 2015, as well as the Secretary & General Counsel at Zurn Industries LLC.
He also served as the General Counsel at Suez Energy Cogeneration Corp.
from 2001 to 2002 and at Teris LLC from 2005 to 2006.
Haines received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Pittsburgh in 1974 and 1977, respectively.
Currently, Haines holds positions at the New York State Bar Association, the State Bar of California, and the Pennsylvania State Bar Association.
