Derek Arnold

Mr. Derek Arnold is a Portfolio Manager at Amundi Ireland Ltd. He is part of the Foreign Exchange team.
He is responsible for currency overlay, risk management and currency derivative.
Prior to this, Mr. Arnold worked with the Fixed Income team for four years, where he was responsible for trading the Australian, New Zealand and Canadian curves across the fixed income funds.
Mr. Arnold joined the firm in July 2007 from IT&E in Sydney, where he worked as a Business Analyst.
He started his career in 2003 as a Market Risk Manager, where he was employed by Rand Merchant Bank in Dublin for two years.
He is a Computer Science and Maths graduate of Dublin Institute of Technology (D.I.T.).
He also holds a Masters in Financial and Industrial Maths from Dublin City University (D.C.U.).
