Mr. Morales has two years of experience in strategic consulting with Bain & Co., Mexico City office, in a wide range of assignments across Latin America covering all aspects of due diligences, full potential, cost reductions, and organizational effectiveness projects.
Industries worked include: airlines, consumer goods, retail, apparel, and financial services.
Before joining Bain, he gained broad experience (more than 5 years) in diverse financial institutions, including Banks, Insurance companies and Pension Funds as regulator of investment portafolios within the Banking and Insurance Superintendency and Pension Funds.
Other professional experiences include Investment banking with Scotiabank in Mexico; risk control analyst in Banco Santander and capital market trader in Banco Financiero in Peru.
Mr. Morales has an MBA form INSEAD (France), certificate in Finance Banking and Insurance of the Universidad del Pacifico (Peru) and is an economist formed in the same institution.
Speaks fluidly Spanish and English and also has good knowledge of French.
