Ed J. Daniels

Mr. Daniels joined Ludgate at the beginning of 2007.
He is primarily responsible for the execution of advisory services to client companies.
Mr. Daniels graduated from Newcastle upon Tyne University in 1996 with joint honours in Accounting and Economics.
He joined Ernst & Young LLP, spending two years working with small entrepreneurial companies in London, and four years providing buy side due diligence and related transaction services for private equity clients in London and New York.
He has worked on a wide range of transactions in the retail, distribution, manufacturing, telecommunications equipment and healthcare sectors and has experience in consolidations/roll-ups for private equity portfolio companies and high yield bond offerings.
