Tancer has been Vice President and General Counsel for FPL Group, Inc. and Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Florida Power & Light Co. since February 21, 2005.
He was Associate General Counsel of FPL Group from April 2003 to February 2005 and Vice President and General Counsel of FPL Energy LLC from February 2001 to February 2005.
Mr. Tancer became Assistant Secretary of FPL Group and Florida Power & Light on January 1, 1997.
