Edward Fox

Edward D.
Fox was the founder of CommonWealth Partners LLC (founded in 1995) and Vantage Property Investors LLC (founded in 2003) where he held the titles of Chairman and Chairman & Chief Executive Officer respectively.
Currently, he holds director positions at Orthopaedic Hospital Foundation, Orthopaedic Institute for Children, and trustee position at Orthopaedic Institute For Children Foundation.
He is also a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, International Council of Shopping Centers, Inc., and The Urban Land Institute.
In the past, he held the position of Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Center Trust, Inc. (1998-2003), Senior Partner at Maguire Thomas Partners (1978-1995), and Independent Director at Thomas Properties Group, Inc. (2004-2013) and Western Asset Mortgage Capital Corp.
(2012-2023).
He was also a member of the National Executive Board at Boy Scouts of America.
Mr. Fox received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Southern California.
