Edwin Hoffman

Edwin Hoffman has been a Director of Quality Systems, Inc. since 2006.
He is self employed Engineering Consultant.
Dr. Hoffman co-founded Osborne-Hoffman, Inc. in 1972 and was President and Chief Executive Officer until 2002.
He was President of O-H, Inc. from 2002 to 2007.
Prior to joining Osborne Hoffman, Dr. Hoffman held engineering positions at Bell Laboratories and Litton Industries and a financial position at the Hanover Bank.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from City College New York and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn.
