Emily Terry

Emily joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in January 2023 as Vice President, Human Capital.
She supports the Growth Buyout's human capital initiatives with a focus on Executives in Residence, Senior Advisors, and portfolio leadership recruitment.
Prior to Fraizer, Emily served as CEO at Elevation Search Solutions, where she spent over five years leading talent acquisition initiatives for high-growth companies across the nation.
She executed several searches across the Frazier Center of Excellence team and portfolio companies including Caravel Autism Health, CSafe Global, Effective School Solutions, Leiters, and Adare Pharma Solutions.
Emily is a member of Leadership Health Care, an initiative of the Nashville Health Care Council that empowers and educates emerging leaders in healthcare.
She is also a Next Generation Board Member at The Next Door, a nonprofit organization providing evidence-based substance abuse and mental health care services to women.
Emily received her BA in Sociology and Art from Furman University.
