Mr. Scharpf earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
From 1997 to 2003, he was a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley Investment Management (Miller Anderson & Sherrerd), where his group was responsible for over $12.0 billion in value equity assets.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he served as a Financial Analyst at Salomon Brothers and Chase Manhattan Bank.
He has 10 years of investment experience.
