The Israel Early-Stage Investors Association is a collective of professional early-stage investment organizations that operate all 19 government-licensed technological incubators. The private company is based in Or Yehuda, Israel. The association selects promising startups and provides seed funding, primarily through non-recourse loans from the Office of the Chief Scientist. Established in partnership with the Israeli government’s incubator program managed by the Israel Innovation Authority since 1991, it leverages public-private collaboration to attract private investment and offers startups capital, workspace, legal and administrative support, business mentoring, and access to strategic partners and follow-on investors. The association coordinates with regulatory bodies, industry partners, academic institutions, and investors to strengthen the startup ecosystem domestically and internationally.
