Garry Sharp

Garry has 24 years of experience as a practitioner, consultant and adviser in the Private Equity and Venture Capital Markets.
He joined Nile Capital and IT Ventures in 2007.
He has held Director level positions at Private Equity firms since 1989 and has helped build and sell successful Private Equity Investment and Advisory firms.
He is an Independent Director of the Mauritius Commercial Bank’s Private Equity fund and a Non-Executive director of a privately backed UK-based recruitment company.
Garry has delivered Private Equity and related courses in Western and Eastern Europe, the Gulf and Africa.
He also had 7 books published on the topics of Private Equity, Management Buyouts and Mergers and Acquisitions and is the Editor of the United Kingdom Institute of Chartered Accountants’ Corporate Finance Manual.
