George Leibowitz

George Leibowitz is a Director of RSD Aid & Awareness Foundation since 2006.
Mr. Leibowitz was Chief Financial Officer of Star Gas Partners LP from April 1999 to December 2001.
He wa a Director of China Direct, Inc. from May 2008 to April 2009 and Member of Compensation Committee and Audit Committee.
From 1985 to 1992, he was Chief Financial Officer of Slomin's Inc. From 1984 to 1985, Mr. Leibowitz was the President of Lawrence Energy Corp.
From 1971 to 1984, he was Vice President-Finance and Treasurer of Meenan Oil Co. LP.
Mr. Leibowitz has more than 40 years of experience as a senior financial officer of both public and private companies.
He was employed by Star Gas Partners and its affiliate Petroleum Heat & Power Co. Inc. in various Senior Financial positions from November 1992 to December 2001.
Mr. Leibowitz has been a Member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1962.
He is a graduate of Columbia College and received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
