Harold Sorgenti

Harold A. Sorgenti was the founder of Freedom Chemical Co. (founded in 1991) where he served as Chairman in 1996.
He currently holds the position of Chairman at Zero Technologies LLC, Chairman-Emeritus at Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, Director at Philadelphia Facilities Management Corp., Principal at Sorgenti Investment Partners (since 1998), and Partner at Ennovance Capital LLC (since 2011).
In his former positions, Mr. Sorgenti served as President & Chief Executive Officer at ARCO Chemical Co. from 1979 to 1991.
He also held director positions at Crown Cork & Seal Co., Inc., American Ethanol, Inc., Crown Holdings, Inc., and Provident Mutual Life Insurance Co. Additionally, he served as a Director at AE Biofuels, Inc. from 2007 to 2011 and as an Independent Director at Aemetis, Inc. from 2007 to 2017.
Mr. Sorgenti obtained his undergraduate degree from City University of New York in 1956 and his graduate degree from The Ohio State University in 1959.
