Henry joined Mercia in 2023 and is responsible for sourcing, transacting and managing investments across all sectors, but has specific interest in B2B software, deep and climate tech businesses Previous experience Prior to Mercia, Henry worked in venture capital as an investor at Sustainable Ventures, an early-stage climate technology VC where he made numerous investments across a variety of sectors.
Prior to working in venture capital, he worked in investment management for over five years in the investment teams at Wellington Management and Ruffer.
