Mr. Harber is President and COO of Rainier Investment Management, Inc., He has also served as Chairman of the Rainier Investment Management Mutual Funds since its inception in 1994.
He joined Rainier in 1981 and has several years of experience servicing a wide variety of institutional and mutual fund investment clients.
Mr. Haber received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oregon.
