James A. Orth

Prior to joining Wrightwood Capital in 2002, Mr. Orth was an investment manager for several real estate developers/investors in the Midwest and Pacific Northwest markets.
As investment manager, Mr. Orth had oversight of project plan creation and execution, and bottom-line profit responsibility for investments ranging from large land developments to speculative office, industrial and retail building developments.
Mr. Orth received a B.A. in Civil and Environmental Engineering, from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago.
