James B. Kimsey

James B. Kimsey has been a Director and Officer of Neighborhood Community Bank since 1999.
He is Chairman of the Compensation Committee for Columbus Community Bank.
Mr. Kimsey is a Director for Emory University Urology and a Member of Central Baptist Church of Newnan.
He is President of the Newnan Country Club.
Mr. Kimsey is a Director for the Summit YMCA. He is a Director of the State YMCA and a Member of the Audit Committee, Investment Committee and Executive Committee.
He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Newnan Coweta Bancshares, Inc. from 2001 to February 12, 2009.
From January 1997 to March 1999, Mr. Kimsey was Senior Vice President and Senior Loan Officer for the Bank of Coweta.
He was President of the Community Banking Group of First Union National Bank from July 1993 to January 1997.
Mr. Kimsey was a Member of 21st Century Coweta and a Trustee for United Way and the Newnan Historical Society.
He has served as an Officer of Home Federal and a Senior Officer of Georgia Federal Bank, First Union Bank and Bank of Coweta.
Mr. Kimsey received a BA degree from Mercer University in 1974 and attended the Institutes School of Banking and Marketing at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
