Jan Rune Steinsland

Jan Rune Steinsland is currently the Chairman of Ocean.
Rig North Sea AS and the Chief Financial Officer of Altera Infrastructure LP.
He is also the President of Ocean Rig 1, Inc., Ocean Rig 1 Shareholders, Inc., Ocean Rig 2, Inc., Drill Rigs Operations, Inc., Ocean Rig 1 Greenland Operations, Inc., Ocean Rig EG Operations, Inc., and Ocean Rig Falkland Operations, Inc. Additionally, he is a member of the Norwegian Society of Financial Analysts.
In the past, he worked as the CFO & Director-Investor Relations at Ocean Rig ASA, Director at Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA, Vice President-Accounting at Exxon Corp., Chief Financial Officer at AgaTech ASA, and Chief Financial Officer at Songa Offshore SE.
He also worked as a Project Controller at Esso Norge AS.
He holds an MBA from the University of St. Gallen.
