Mr. Jay Sivapalan, CFA, is a Head of Australian Fixed Interest & Portfolio Manager at Janus Henderson Investors (Australia) Inst.

Ltd. He has held this position since joining Henderson in 2015 following the acquisition of Perennial Fixed Interest.
His responsibilities include formulating interest rate and sector strategies employed within the portfolios and working closely with key fixed interest clients.
He has over 28 years of financial industry experience.
He joined Perennial in 2001 initially to head the quantitative area within the Perennial group before transitioning to the Australian fixed interest team in 2004.
Prior to his appointment at Perennial, he was employed at Mercer undertaking actuarial consulting work for superannuation clients.
He also spent a short time at AXA with an actuarial focus
He earned a B Com in actuarial and finance from the University of Melbourne and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
