Jennifer Gigliotti

Jennifer Gigliotti is the Director of Operations at UPMC Enterprises.
Jennifer’s responsibilities include managing all real estate and facilities-related functions at UPMC Enterprises’ main campus, managing the entire UPMC Enterprises administrative team, developing internal policies and procedures, and overseeing event planning.
Jennifer and her team are also responsible for real estate procurement, construction, and providing support to all UPMC Enterprises’ portfolio companies to help their facilities become fully operational.
Jennifer began her career at UPMC.
She brings extensive knowledge and experience from work on numerous projects for various divisions during her 30-year tenure.
Having held positions as a project manager, operations coordinator, and operations manager.
Jennifer is a results-oriented executive with a proven track record that has earned her numerous awards such as a Gold Star award from the UPMC Physician Services Division, Shining Star award from the UPMC Information Services Division, and the coveted ACES Award.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration and a certificate in Organizational Leadership and Change Management from Robert Morris University.
Jennifer is also a member of the Executive Management Group.
