Headquartered in Milan, the firm was formerly known as Sanpaolo IMI Asset Management SGR SpA. SYZ Asset Management (Suisse) SA (SYZ AM) is the asset management subsidiary of Banque SYZ & Co. SA, itself a subsidiary of Financière SYZ & Co. SA in Switzerland. Established in 2010, the firm performs traditional and alternative institutional asset management activities for SYZ & CO, providing investment solutions for pension funds, insurance companies, corporates and investment funds. They developed their institutional asset management expertise through a variety of asset classes, within the OYSTER funds, then via segregated mandates for Swiss, European, and Asian institutional clients. Lazard Frères Gestion SAS is an investment management firm headquartered in Paris, France. The firm was founded in 1995 and is a subsidiary of Lazard Group LLC, which is owned by Lazard Ltd. (NYSE: LAZ) in the US. They provide asset management and advisory services for individual and institutional clients.

Crédit Agricole Asset Management (France) SA (CAAM) was the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of Crédit Agricole SA (XP : ACA) in France. Created in 2004 by the merger of Crédit Agricole Asset Management and Crédit Lyonnais Asset Management, the firm was headquartered in Paris. In 2010 the firm was absorbed by Amundi SA, a joint venture between the French leading banks Crédit Agricole SA, holder of the majority interest, and Société Générale SA (XP: GLE). In addition to the Paris office, the firm had investment teams in London, Milan, Madrid, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Singapore. CAAM provided asset management services to institutional and private investors.
