Johannes joined Annapolis in 2016 and currently serves in a consulting role.
With over 37 years of industry experience, primarily in exploration and development in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin, Johannes is the technical resource for Annapolis investments.
Starting in the industry as a geologist with Shell Canada Limited, Johannes has had technical and supervisory responsibilities in exploration/development and research, including senior roles as Senior Vice President, Exploration at Bonavista Energy Corporation and Senior Vice President at Capital Energy Corporation.
Johannes received his BSc.
Geology (Honours) from McGill University.
He is registered as a Geologist with The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and is a member of the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists (CSPG) and American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG).
