John R. Barker

John R.
Barker is currently the Secretary, Executive VP & General Counsel at Guardian Pipeline LLC.
He is also a Trustee at Saint Simeon's Episcopal Home Foundation.
Previously, he held the position of Senior Vice President & General Counsel at ONEOK, Inc. from 2004 to 2011.
He was also the President at Gable & Gotwals from 1994 to 2004.
Additionally, he served as the Secretary, EVP & General Counsel at ONEOK Partners LP from 2006 to 2011.
He briefly held the position of Secretary, Senior Vice President & General Counsel at ONEOK Partners GP LLC in 2011.
Mr. Barker has also been involved in various organizations such as the Tulsa Metro Chamber, Jenks Public Schools Foundation, and Arts & Humanities Council of Tulsa.
He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Missouri in 1969 and his graduate degree at the University of Michigan in 1974.
