Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Warnken-Brill worked as the Vice President of Finance at Blum Capital Partners, a San Francisco-based private equity firm.
While at Blum, Mr. Warnken-Brill had responsibility for financial operations, trading operations and limited partner reporting, and helped establish several new partnerships.
Before his time with Blum, Mr. Warnken-Brill worked at Putnam Lovell Group, a San Francisco-based investment banking and private equity firm focusing on the asset management industry, where he was the Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to Putnam Lovell, Mr. Warnken-Brill worked at Charles Schwab & Co. Mr. Warnken-Brill also previously held various finance positions with Nextel Communications and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Warnken-Brill is also a CPA (inactive).
