Joined Inter-Risco in 2011 as Senior Associate, being involved in investment opportunity screening, including market analysis and deal structuring, and portfolio monitoring.
With over 8 years of experience in Venture Capital, M&A and Structures Finance, José Mario was at Martifer Group as Head of Corporate Finance (M&A and Structured Fincance) and Board Member of its Renewable Energy business area.
He started his career as an Analyst at Change Partners, Private Equity allocated to its Venture Capital fund.
He holds an MSc in Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a Mergers & Acquisitions Advance Course from University of Porto Business School.
