Joseph B. Reagan

Joseph B. Reagan has been Chairman of the Aerospace Section for the National Academy of Engineering since 1998.
Dr. Reagan is a Technology and Senior Management Consult ant to industry and the United States Government.
Until his retirement in 1996, he held various positions at Lockheed Martin Corp.
for 37 years, including Corporate Officer and Vice President and General Manager of the Missiles and Space Co. Dr. Reagan was a Director of Southwall Technologies, Inc. from October 1987 to May 1992 and Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a Member of the Audit Committee from June 1993 to May 2006.
From December 1998 to December 2004, he was a Director of the Naval Studies Board for the National Research Council and Vice Chairman.
From May 1992 to May 2004, Dr. Reagan was a Director of the Tech Museum of Innovation in San Jose.
He received a BS degree in Physics from Boston College, an MS degree in Physics from Boston College and a PhD degree in Space Science from Stanford University.
Dr. Reagan was a Director of SM&A, Inc., Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a Member of the Audit Committee until December 29, 2008.
He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University Executive Management Program, the Management Institute, the Advanced Institute, the Executive Institute and the Senior Management Institute of Lockheed.
