Kathleen Connell

Kathleen Connell has been a Director of MannKind Corp.
since November 2003 and is President of the Connell Group and a Faculty Member of International Finance at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
From 1995 to 2003, she was Controller for the State of California and President of NASD-SEC.
Dr. Connell was Founder and Chairman of the University of California at Los Angeles Center for Finance and Real Estate at the John E.
Anderson Graduate School of Management.
She received a PhD from the University of California at Los Angeles.
