For larger transactions they typically partner with national or international private equity funds. For direct investments, Equity Partners participates in a range of transactions including growth financing, MBOs/MBIs, spin-offs, shareholder reorganizations and private investments in public equity. Their investment horizon is two to six years The firm's mezzanine financing transactions include growth/acquisition/project financing and MBOs/MBIs, with an investment horizon of three to six years. Equity Partners invests in top-tier private equity managers globally, focusing on funds which invest in small and mid-cap companies operating in small niche markets. They invest in Western Europe, North America and have a regional focus on Eastern Europe and Asia.
