Kathy Kinloch

Kathy Kinloch is currently the Director of Surrey Hospital & Outpatient Centre Foundation, Technology Training Associates Ltd., and Polytechnics Canada.
She is also a Member-Governors Board at Business Council of British Columbia.
Previously, she served as the President of Vancouver Community College from 2010 to 2013, and as the Dean of British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2010.
She was also the Chief Operating Officer of Fraser Health Authority from 2002 to 2006.
Additionally, she served as the Vice President of Surrey Memorial Hospital from 1981 to 2002.
She has also held positions as an Independent Director at TELUS Corp.
from 2017 to 2023, and as a Director at Immigrant Employment Council of BC and Coast Mental Health Society.
Ms. Kinloch has an undergraduate degree from the University of Alberta and a graduate degree from Royal Roads University.
