William works from our Wellington office providing legal advice on investments and asset management to Morrison & Co. Prior to joining Morrison & Co in 2020, William was in the Corporate team of Herbert Smith Freehills in Tokyo, where he advised international clients for over a decade on large-scale, cross-border energy and infrastructure projects.
He has acted on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, project development and commercial arrangements in over 50 jurisdictions.
William has been recognised for Projects and Energy work by Legal 500 Asia Pacific in 2020 as a “Rising Star” and in 2019 as a “Next Generation Lawyer”.
