Mac McCraw

Mr. McCraw joined Kendrick Pierce & Co. in March 2009.
He was formally a Director of Land for Pulte Home Tampa Division.
His responsibilities included the acquisition and entitlement of over 11,000 residential lots.
Prior to Pulte, he worked for a Tampa based Merchant Developer focused on commercial properties and was involved with all aspects of his projects including the acquisition, development, and third party NNN sales.
His project portfolio includes strip centers, hotels, and drug stores.
He has a proven track record in contract negotiation, site valuation, due diligence analysis, budgeting, scheduling, and project delivery.
Mr. McCraw holds a Florida Real Estate License and has a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of the South in Sewanee, TN.
