Marco Tosato

Marco Tosato has been Investment Manager at Fondo Italiano d'Investimento SGR, since June 2021.
Before joining the Fondo Italiano team, Marco worked for almost two years at Boston Consulting Group, in the Private Equity practice, supporting primary Italian and international investment funds mainly in Due Diligence and post-acquisition value creation activities.
Marco started his career in the Corporate Finance division of Finanziaria Internazionale where he supported small and medium-sized companies in M&A transactions and debt restructuring for over one year.
He then joined the investment team of Gradiente SGR, a company that manages Private Equity funds, where for about four years he followed buy-outs and development capital transactions of Italian small cap companies in different sectors including food, fashion and industrial.
Marco holds a degree cum laude in Economics and Finance from the University of Padua and an MBA from INSEAD.
