Mark Franklin co-founded Exegy, Inc. in 2003 and currently serves as Technology Advisor.
He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers and the Association for Computing Machinery.
He is a Member of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering and Chairman of the Hugo F.
& Ina Champ Urbauer at Washington University.
He founded the University's Computer & Communications Research Center and served as Director of the Undergraduate Program in Computer Engineering.
Previously, he was Chairman of the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers and Vice Chairman of the ACM SIGARCH.
He has over 35 years of academic and industry experience.
Dr. Franklin received a BA degree, a BSEE degree, and an MSEE degree from Columbia University and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University.
