Mr. Mauricio Fernholz is Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer at Citi Ventures, Inc. Prior to Citi Ventures in August 2011, he headed the strategy and restructuring team at Citi Holdings.
Prior to Citi Holdings, he was a Director in the Corporate Strategy and Principal M&A group at Citigroup, Inc. Before joining Citi, he served as a Vice President in the Investment Banking group at Lehman Brothers in NYC.
He started his career as a management consultant at Analysis Group.
He sits on the Board of the Harvard Business School Latino Alumni Association and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Mr. Fernholz received an MBA degree from Harvard Business School and a BA degree with honors in Economics and International Relations from Brown University.
