Mercer Bullard

Mr. Mercer Bullard is Vice President at Plancorp LLC.
He has been with Plancorp LLC since July 2010 and from 2009 to July 2010, he served with Plancorp, Inc. Previously, he was a Consumer Representative at Government Relations Committee, Financial Planning Association from 2002 – 2009, and Assistant Chief Counsel at Division of Investment Management, Securities and Exchange Commission, Washington, D.C., from 1996–2000.
In addition to that, Mr. Bullard is President and Founder of Fund Democracy at Oxford since 2000.
Mr. Bullard received BA in English/American Studies from Yale University, New Haven in 1983, MS in National Security Studies from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., in 1987 and JD from University of Virginia School of Law, Charlottesville, in 1990.
