Michael Eisen

Michael Eisen joined Microsoft Canada Co. in 1998 and currently serves as Chief Legal Officer.
Prior to joining Microsoft Canada, he served as Secretary and General Counsel at the Canadian Alliance Against Software Theft.
Mr. Eisen is a Member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Alberta, The Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police e-Crime Committee, and the Canadian Police College Advisory Board.
He is an Advisor at The Society for the Policing of Cyber Space Board of Directors.
Mr. Eisen was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1977 and the Alberta Bar in 1981.
He received a degree from the Osgoode Hall Law School, York University.
