Michael Massari

Mr. Michael Massari is Co-Founder & Partner at Connexus Equity Management Partners LLC.
Mr. Massari co-founded Connexus Equity Management Partners in December 2013.
He has over 25 years of experience in hospitality, management, sales, marketing, and operations.
He also serves with Caesars.
He has been with Caesars since he reorganized Caesars meetings businesses in 2011.
The nationwide reorganization mirrored an effort he led in 2005 to combine meeting sales and operations across Caesars Las Vegas properties, and extended benefits introduced under the Las Vegas Meetings brand, which Michael developed.
His achievements at Caesars earned him the Chairman’s award for Leadership and the Caesars Excellence in Leadership awards.
He is an Executive Committee member of the board of U.S.
Travel, and the MPI Foundation.
Michael has been featured in virtually every meetings publication and has appeared in national publications including the Wall Street Journal, USA Today and Forbes.com.
Michael has twice been named one of the 100 most influential people in the tradeshow business, and was named one of the 25 most influential people in the meetings industry.
Mr. Massari received his undergraduate degree from Cabrini College and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
